I Accidentally Kidnapped The Ultimate Villain – Chapter 33

Chapter 33

Ch 33

“Aria.”

Killian, not wanting to lose Aria, looked at her while holding her arm very tightly.

“As I said before, there’s a big difference between our families. Even so, you’ve continued the engagement.”

Aria felt a pang of conscience somewhere when she saw him looking at her as if he was dissatisfied.

She didn’t want Killian to die. But leaving him like this was scary. She didn’t know how things could get more twisted from here, but she was also afraid as if she had to take responsibility for everything.

“Still, I don’t want to.”

“She might be very pretty.”

“To me, everyone is ugly except for Aria.”

“Look in the mirror. Killian is much prettier.”

“Do you like my face?”

She didn’t know why it suddenly turned out that way, but she felt like she would get caught up if she answered the question. In her opinion, even though Killian had lost his memory, he seemed like someone with high intelligence that she couldn’t win against.

That’s why she thought it might be best to insist rather than logically refute or offer an opinion.

“I don’t know! Killian, then, wait here! I’ll go see by myself, at least.”

“You’ll go see even if I say no.”

“Yes.”

He sighed deeply and continued.

“Will 10 minutes be enough?”

“Yes!”

At those words, Aria let go of Killian’s hand and ran in the direction they had gone earlier.

She was walking quickly and glanced back, and Killian was looking at her pitifully like a dog in the rain. Because of that, Aria felt like she had become a bad owner abandoning a dog in the rain.

◈◈◈

Even from afar, she could tell at once that it was a brilliant blonde. So, she quickly went ahead and turned around, and as expected.

It was a face befitting the female lead.

“Oh? Princess Aria?”

However, Aria had no idea that she had met Melina before, so she was taken aback when Melina spoke as if she was happy to see her.

“Young Lady Melina?”

“Princess! It’s nice to see you here.”

Melina’s smiling approach was as beautiful as the sunlight. Aria thought that her brilliant blonde hair, as if made of molten gold, and her green eyes, reminiscent of the bottom of a lake, were truly lovely.

“You didn’t come alone, and you’ve hidden some escort knights nearby, haven’t you?”

“Ah, yes.”

As she said that, Aria looked around without realizing it. But there was no one around. The only people there were her, Melina, and a woman who was either Melina’s lady-in-waiting or maid. Above all, they were dressed like nobles and servants, as if they weren’t trying to hide their identities like Aria.

“What brings you here?”

I came to help find the memories of Young Lady Melina’s former fiancé.

Aria, who swallowed those words, thought of Lionell and continued.

“His Highness called for me.”

Then, what Christine Istina Marquise Young Lady had said came to mind.

Melina, who doesn’t look for Killian even though he disappeared. Even if it was someone else, it seemed like Melina was worried about Killian until now.

Could it be that she’s only worried now?

“Ah, I heard about it. His Highness proposed, right?”

“Yes.”

Aria felt nauseous, as if she had brought up the wrong topic. So, as she awkwardly smiled and was about to get to the point, Melina came very close.

“But why are you here?”

Aria, who was asked the same question again, froze without realizing it. She was actually trying to move on to another topic. She felt like she had to talk about Killian to her, even if not to anyone else.

“Princess Aria Dolorein?”

She saw Melina get closer and then step back. It was definitely green eyes, but the different color she just saw was red.

Is it possible for eye color to change?

Aria felt a chill run down her spine. It was as if even Melina was very different from the original work.

‘Your Highness, I worry every day that you might get hurt. I wish there was something I could do to help… I’m always unable to help because of my humble origins.’

The Melina in the original work was someone who would say such pitiful things.

“Go now. You have things to do, right?”

Then, her body started walking backward on its own.

What is this? Why is my body doing what it wants…?

Aria was suddenly taken aback by the darkness, as if her vision had been blacked out, and she lost consciousness.

◈◈◈

“Dolorein.”

Aria suddenly came to her senses at the voice calling her.

Where the voice came from, a white wolf she had seen before was looking at her in its cub form. Perhaps because of the memory of the wolf changing into a large form on its own and then covering her, she couldn’t easily approach the wolf.

Besides, she had been with Melina and her servant until just now. But where was she?

“Who are you?”

“I’m a Spirit Beast. Give me a name, Dolorein.”

She didn’t know what a Spirit Beast was. When she rolled her eyes, wondering if it meant a sacred animal, she made eye contact with the wolf.

“Yeah. A Spirit Beast is a sacred animal.”

“You…”

Aria was both amazed and scared that the wolf was reading her mind. She remembered Killian telling her that her heart had stopped for a moment last time.

“I’ll help you next time you’re in danger.”

“Huh?”

When the wolf cub wagged its tail and rubbed its head against her leg, Aria felt like the wall she had built up was collapsing. So, she picked up the wolf cub, which didn’t seem like it would harm her.

“Fill me up with some energy instead.”

“Energy?”

When she closed her eyes deeply and opened them, she was standing still somewhere she had walked to without realizing it. Aria was standing still in a place she didn’t know.

“Huh?”

“Aria!”

Aria was surprised when someone suddenly grabbed her hand and pulled it away. When she turned around, Killian was looking at her with a terrifying expression.

“Ah?”

She felt strangely dazed, but Killian’s expression was so serious that she felt strange. It was as if nothing came to mind, as if white ink had been added over her memories.

“Killian.”

Aria felt like the hunger she had felt when she saw the Spirit Beast before was becoming extreme.

“Killian.”

It felt like her body and mind were moving separately again. Her body was smiling while hugging Killian’s neck with her arms.

“Killian, I want to touch you more.”

“Aria.”

He was about to step back cautiously, but he froze when he made eye contact with Aria.

“Where?”

“Anywhere.”

Aria smiled and stroked his cheek before pulling him closer.

“Are we going to kiss?”

“Is it okay if we do?”

When she asked casually, he was stunned for a moment before opening his mouth.

“……Yes.”

As she pulled him closer, their noses touched. Aria felt like the maddening hunger she had felt until just now was subsiding as she touched him.

“I think I’m crazy!”

As soon as her hunger subsided, Aria released the arm that was holding him and pulled away. Killian was very upset that she had pulled away from him as soon as she came to her senses.

“Don’t walk around alone anymore.”

He changed the subject because he thought that if he left her like this, she would move away from him again. If he kept reminding her of the almost-kiss, he knew he wouldn’t even be able to hold her hand in the future.

“Has 10 minutes already passed?”

“It passed a long time ago.”

Aria felt sorry when Killian sighed and looked at her with a worried expression. Because she had unknowingly shaken off his hand and moved her body away earlier.

That’s why Aria cautiously grabbed his pinky finger while watching his reaction. Then, Killian snatched her hand.

“Killian.”

“Yes.”

“Did you perhaps give me time and then keep following me?”

‘No matter where you go, you’re in the palm of my hand. Do you think you can escape from me, Melina?’

She didn’t know why Killian’s words from the original work came to mind in this situation. So, when she shook her head and looked at him, he said with a troubled expression.

“Did you feel bad?”

“Ah…….”

“I was worried.”

When he leaned on her shoulder with an apologetic expression, Aria hesitated, but she didn’t step back. The hair touching her shoulder was rustling and ticklish. Even so, his hands were cold, but his breath was warm.

“You’re a person who gets lost easily, gets nosebleeds often, and could get your nose cut off while your eyes are open.”

“What are you talking about! I’m a very sharp person!”

He leaned on her like that and chuckled.

“Yes, let’s go with that.”

Aria felt sorry that he had worried about her.

“I’m sorry for making you worry.”

“If you’re sorry, don’t disappear in the future. Stay only in front of my eyes.”

She couldn’t promise that. Killian had to go back, and if his memories returned, he wouldn’t leave her alone for making him say these things.

“Uh…….”

She wanted to ask Killian if he had seen Melina, but she had a hard time bringing it up because he hated it whenever her story came up.

Above all, Killian seemed to be in a very good mood right now.

“I’ll hear your answer later.”

Killian let go of her hand and said as he sat on the floor.

The arm that peeked out from the black robe was perfectly muscled even when viewed from behind. Solid and cool arm muscles.

“Get on my back.”
