Ch 154: Well, That Was Fun. Time To Go Home
Phia watched Bal’s disguised actions, she worried about Grey and Nia, but the more she thought about it in the tree, the more she felt something was wrong.
“Dumb Dog!”
Phia used Wind Magic to transmit her words to Bal’s ears. Bal heard Phia’s voice, and he froze.
“Hmm? What’s going on?”
Phia saw that the strange creature paused noticeably. She knew this thing was her unreliable husband. After confirming that Grey and Nia had entered the cave, she slowly floated down from the tree to Bal.
“Dumb Dog, why are you dressed like that?”
Bal saw Phia appear in front of him, he still wanted to play dumb, so he continued to gesticulate and yell.
Phia wouldn’t tolerate it. She knew this thing was Bal, so she took out her spear and pointed it at him.
“I’ll count to three, if you don’t take off that strange thing, I’ll use magic.”
Threatened by Phia, the strange creature Bal stood at attention. He immediately removed his disguise and picked up Nia’s Greatsword, standing before Phia.
“Wife, how did you get here?”
“Didn’t you say you had something to do? Is your ‘something’ dressing up in that strange thing to scare people?”
Phia retracted her spear, she stood in front of Bal with her hands on her hips. Bal didn’t dare to breathe, afraid of Phia’s anger. Just as he was still wondering how to reply, he suddenly remembered.
“Wife, didn’t you also have something to do? Why are you here?”
Phia, questioned by Bal, realized she had appeared too early, so she prepared to escape using Teleportation Magic. But Bal seemed to have seen through her thoughts, directly hugging Phia and kissing her. Bal kissed Phia until she was limp, then carried her.
“Kitten, what are you doing here?”
“Let…let me go.”
Phia struggled in Bal’s arms, but the more she struggled, the happier Bal became.
“No, I won’t let go until you tell me, and I’m going to get handsy.”
Hearing Bal’s threat, Phia still tried to be stubborn, but Bal really started to unbutton her clothes. Phia knew Bal wouldn’t stop unless she spoke, so she surrendered.
“Stop undressing me first, I’ll tell you, I’ll tell you, okay?”
Hearing Phia’s shy voice, Bal stopped his hand, he held Phia to prevent her from running away.
“Last night Nia asked me how to improve her relationship with Grey, I gave her a suggestion to be submissive to Grey, you men all fall for that, right? But this morning when I followed her to watch, I found out she didn’t do as I said, and then you attacked me, so I showed up…”
Phia became more and more wronged in Bal’s arms, her voice getting smaller and smaller. Bal patted Phia’s head, intending to wait for the two people to come out. But Phia suddenly came to her senses, she grabbed Bal’s collar and started to question him.
“Wait a minute, you haven’t said why you came here yet, tell me! Don’t just let me talk and you hide things.”
Phia acted coquettishly in Bal’s arms. Bal knew he couldn’t get away with this, so he talked about going out drinking with Grey last night.
“So you also came to see them?”
“Hehe.”
“Hehe your head off! Beating Nia up like that, if Nia finds out, you won’t have a good time.”
“So we keep it a secret, you don’t say anything, I don’t say anything, who will know?”
“You talk too much.”
Phia hugged Bal, she buried her face in Bal’s chest and rubbed against him. Bal held Phia and sat on the stone at the Cave Entrance to rest. But after a while Bal had a wicked idea. Seeing no one around, he started to bully Phia.

“Nia, are you alright?”
Grey supported Nia, he asked with concern.
“I’m fine, I’ve almost recovered. Are you okay?”
Nia used Magic to illuminate the cave and then in turn showed concern for Grey.
“I’m fine.”
After a brief exchange, the two continued to explore deeper into the cave. On the way, the Fairy Bird suddenly flew away, and then a strange Monster attacked her and Nia. Grey felt that this series of unexpected events was too coincidental.
Just as Grey was walking and thinking, Nia screamed.
“Grey, look!”
“Hmm?”
Grey ran to Nia’s side, he followed Nia’s finger and looked at the ground. Many rare Herbs were growing on the ground. Nia happily squatted down and introduced them to Grey.
“This is Stone Lingzhi. Because the quantity is too small and the effect is powerful, it’s currently unavailable on the market. I never dreamed I could see such a large Stone Lingzhi here!”
After she finished speaking, Grey took out a Knife and handed it to Nia. Nia used the Knife to cut a small piece of Stone Lingzhi, wrapped it in cloth, and carefully put it away.
After collecting the Stone Lingzhi, Nia pointed to other herbs and showed them to Grey.
“This is Cave Mandrake, this is Purple Spirit Herb, this is Fairy Lily, and that one over there is Demonic Spirit Flower. These are all rare herbs. Grey, it’s been great going out with you today!”
After she finished speaking, Nia kissed Grey’s face, and then she squatted down and started collecting various rare herbs. Grey touched the place on his face where Nia had kissed him, and he smiled with satisfaction. Although they encountered many unexpected events today, being followed by that couple, the Fairy Bird flying away halfway, and then a strange creature driving them here, but the outcome was good, and Nia did seem very happy.
Thinking of Nia’s happiness, Grey threw all the unexpected events he encountered today out of his mind. He also squatted down and started collecting herbs like Nia.
After collecting the herbs, the two continued to walk towards the depths of the cave, but this cave only had one entrance. There was no way, so the two could only hope, with a bit of luck, that the strange creature had already left.
When the two reached the Cave Entrance, Grey activated Detection Magic. He scanned a large area nearby and did not detect any trace of the strange creature. He only found the traces of two familiar people, so he held Nia’s hand and walked out of the cave.
As soon as they left the Cave Entrance, Moony and Snowdrift flew to their side and started chirping. Grey took out two Small Dried Fish for them. The Fairy Birds couldn’t move their feet when they saw the Small Dried Fish, and they began to eat them happily.
At this time, Bal and Phia also came over. Bal was carrying Nia’s Greatsword on his back, and he hugged Phia and walked towards them, only Phia’s face looked a little red.
“Why are you here?”
Nia asked Bal and Phia with some doubt.
“Moony and Snowdrift suddenly flew back and called us, I thought something must have happened, so I followed them. As soon as I arrived, I saw a strange thing holding your Greatsword here. I killed the strange creature and took back the Greatsword. Not long after, you came out. Are you okay?”
Hearing Bal’s concern, Nia remembered what happened in the morning, so she ignored Bal and turned to hug Grey’s arm.
“Grey, I’m a little tired, let’s go home.”
“Okay, let’s go home.”
Bal felt a little down when he saw himself being ignored. Phia laughed secretly, but she didn’t laugh for long before Bal pinched her waist. Phia fell into Bal’s arms after being pinched. There was nothing she could do; Bal had her completely under his thumb.
The four of them returned home. Later, however, when Nia learned the truth, every time she thought back to this day, she would go to Bal’s place to beat him up to vent her anger.
