Chapter 78: Second Floor of the Ruins
As the well-equipped Goblin Mobile Armored Force won consecutive battles, the second floor of the ruins, filled with monsters, gradually opened up to Owen. Next, Owen found a huge crystal ball on the top of the cave, about the circumference of an eight-immortal table, which was very impressive.
And it seemed to be an irradiation device used to provide the plants and animals here with the light they needed to grow because there were similar energy supply lines around it.
These discoveries made the little pride that had arisen in Owen’s heart due to his increased strength disappear once again.
The Green Emerald that caused the mutation of plants and animals could still be said to be a natural mineral with special radiation, but the crystal ball and energy supply device that could imitate sunlight were undoubtedly not something that a backward civilization could create, even if they used magic.
“Perhaps magic and technology are no different after they reach a certain level.” Owen lamented that this world was too unfriendly to transmigrators because you never knew how deep the water was in this world. Maybe you would confidently go out and explore, only to step into a ditch.

After exchanging for a heavy lead box that looked like a coffin, Owen asked the Goblins to control the puppets to put the Green Emerald inside. When the Green Emerald shattered, a much weaker wave was released again. The golden light on the surface of Owen’s power armor brightened for a moment and then returned to normal.
