Ch 10: Arguably the Best Tool Person
Within the Magic Circle, Magic Power constantly flowed, gradually being absorbed by Salman.
After the Dragon Vein Transformation ended, Ronnie also sized up Salman’s changes.
The original white Skeleton body became gray and dim, with vague dragon Scale-like patterns appearing on it. It was almost impossible to see them without careful observation, but overall, he looked very mysterious.
Well, as long as he doesn’t start talking.
Apart from this, Salman hadn’t changed much, except that his Imposing Manner had become stronger.
Worried that he might be affected by the Chaos that might exist within him, Ronnie was just about to ask him how he was when he saw Salman looking himself up and down, touching the Scale-like patterns on his Bones, and emitting a strange “ga ga ga” laugh.
Seeing such a silly scene, Ronnie knew that Salman had not been affected by Chaos, but to be on the safe side, he still had to check.
After Salman underwent the Dragon Vein Transformation, he did indeed possess the same ability as Ronnie to accommodate more abilities. At the same time, Ronnie discovered that even Chaos, Salman could grasp a little, but only a little.
Therefore, if Salman used a lot of Chaos Power, the possibility of being assimilated was very high.
Fortunately, Salman himself did not have Chaos Power. If he wanted to use it, he could only borrow Ronnie’s power.
Although the upper limit of his strength was not as high as theoretically possible, it was considered the safest. After all, Ronnie didn’t want his Familiar to become a Source of Contamination randomly waving Tentacles.
Based on this Dragon Vein Transformation, Ronnie also discovered that even if Chaos Power was not used, it did not dissipate outwards usually, but it still had a very strong assimilating nature.
If another Dragon Vein Transformation were to be carried out next time, it would have to be improved.
Just as they continued to walk forward, Salman began to experiment with his powers.
This also surprised him to discover that not only were all his attributes comprehensively improved, but he could also use mutually conflicting Undead Magic and Holy Light Magic at will.
After listening to Ronnie’s explanation, Salman closed his dropped jaw and immediately wanted to spout out his entire idiom dictionary.
But Ronnie, not wanting to listen to him ramble, interrupted him and threw the Black Snake to him to take care of.
After traveling for some time, Ronnie realized that aimlessly wandering around like this was not a solution, so he decided to settle down in an Auspicious Place first.
Ronnie flapped the wings on his back and flew into the sky, taking everything below into his view from a high vantage point.
This was a vast Primeval Forest, without any traces of Intelligent Race having lived here. Not only that, but there was also a continuous Mountain Range.
After pondering for a moment, Ronnie decided to settle on the highest Mountain Peak.
Flying to a relatively flat area on the Mountain Peak, Ronnie opened his Dragon Muzzle, and pure and terrifying Fire Element gathered in his mouth.
The next second, a Sea of Fire poured down, covering the Mountain Peak. Terrifying Flames raged and burned continuously. Whether it was towering ancient trees or jungle Beasts, under this Heaven-Burning and Sea-Boiling Flames, all turned into Ashes. Even the entire sky was reflected in a fiery red, as if it were also burning.
After doing all this, Ronnie exhaled two Flames, then landed, using Telekinesis to bring Salman over, pointed at the Mountain Body and said, “Hollow out this mountain.”
Hearing this, Salman tilted his head in confusion.
What the hell? You want me to do it?
Seeing him like this, Ronnie rolled his eyes.
“Aren’t you a Lich now? Just use the Necromantic Spell you inherited to summon a few Skeletons to dig the mountain.”
“Oh, right, I’m not human anymore.”
Salman hit his Bone hand with his Hammer, realizing it.
Then he killed a few large Magical Beasts, transformed them into Undead Creatures, and controlled them to dig the mountain.
Ronnie didn’t have any special requirements, as long as it was suitable for temporary residence, anyway, he would definitely live in a better place in the future.
Just as Salman was directing the Undead Creatures to work vigorously, Ronnie found a rock to sit down on and continued to study the inherited ‘Legacy’ to strengthen his Thought intensity.
And considering that he would be settling in this World in the future, Ronnie also used Magic to convert these knowledges into Books during the learning process, storing them in the System Space.
If he had more Familiars in the future, he could use this knowledge as a reward.
By the way, although this System is useless, the System Space is really large. Even if it was filled with Mountain of Gold Coins, Gemstones, and Magical Items, plus the newly converted Books, the limit could not be seen at all.
With the Undead Creatures, the best workers who could work non-stop without getting tired, Salman still took more than three days to hollow out a Cave in the mountain that could accommodate Ronnie.
After all, Ronnie was now in the form of a Young Dragon, with a body length of more than thirty meters, so he definitely needed a large enough Space.
Ronnie entered the Cave, looked at the spacious Space and the flat ground, and nodded in satisfaction.
After using the Gold Coins previously stored in the System Space as a bed on the ground, Ronnie lay on it.
While Ronnie was studying, he also condensed the knowledge of the Priest System and Undead System in the ‘Legacy’ into Books and threw them to Salman to study.
Ronnie still remembered that when Salman saw these Books, the Soul Fire in his eye sockets lit up, accompanied by a perverted laugh of “hehehe”.
And Ronnie didn’t care about him. After telling him to take care of his Pet Black Snake, he plunged into the ocean of knowledge.
Ronnie: I just love to study so much, definitely not because I’m afraid of being assimilated by Chaos and losing myself.

For a long time after that, Ronnie maintained the action of crawling on the Mountain of Gold Coins, and had no Idea of going out to take a look.
Time passed quickly, and soon it was approaching Winter.
Although it hadn’t snowed for a few days, this area was located in the Northern Part, and the temperature dropped quickly. In the morning and evening, it had even reached below zero.
The result was that various plants withered and animals became scarce. Even Magical Beasts would honestly stay in their nests.
In such a harsh living environment, a Gnoll still braved the cold temperature, wearing only a thin Animal Hide, searching for Food in the forest.
Just as this Gnoll discovered some fallen fruits, he picked up a few that had not yet rotted and put them into his arms with great care.
At this time, the female Gnoll who accompanied him couldn’t help but persuade, “Chieftain, our Tribe has just suffered an attack by Ogres. Even if you personally go out to find Food, we are likely to not survive this Winter. It is better to join the Trolls in the south.”
Hearing this, the Gnoll, who was originally happy to have obtained Food, frowned and looked at the female Gnoll. After staring at her for a long time, he retracted his complicated gaze and sighed heavily.
“Sister, how could Isn’t I know that it is difficult to survive this Winter? And joining the Trolls you mentioned is just letting us change to another way of dying. The Trolls will only treat us as slaves, as consumables.”
“Do we really have no way out?”
A look of loneliness flashed in the female Gnoll’s eyes, with unwillingness, Resentment, and even deeper helplessness.
Suddenly thinking of something, she looked at the Gnoll.
“Chieftain, do you still remember the Overwhelming Flames this summer? Perhaps it was done by the legendary Dragon. Maybe we can become Dragon Kin. The direction seems to be at the Mountain Peak in the Northern Part.”
“Perhaps.”
The Gnoll smiled bitterly and shook his head. Although he did not discourage his Sister, he had already prepared for the worst.
After all, the number of their Tribe combined was only a few dozen Gnolls, and they are all the Old, Weak, Women, and Children. Why would the Dragon take them as Dragon Kin?
To put it bluntly, if he were the Dragon, he would not want such a burden.
Even thinking like this, the Gnoll still planned to go and see, after all, this was already the last hope, what if he saw a Demon?
Taking a deep breath, the Gnoll looked at his Sister with a serious expression.
“I’ll go now. If I don’t come back, you will be the next Chieftain.”
