Meeting three criteria would grant an Advanced Material Card: firearms, rocket launchers, off-road vehicles, fighter jets, luxury cruise ships... Meeting four criteria would grant an Extraordinary Material Card: Beast Taming Ring, Divine Speed Talisman, Sword Control Technique mastery skill book... All of these were in unlimited quantities!
