Ch 73: The Dark Universe Great Emperor and the Universe Devourer, despair? Sorrow?

“Hum!”

A terrifying, inaudible sound entered Chen Yi’s mind. The Lugusite seemed to be saying, “Ultraman, do not stop it from devouring this planet.”

Looking at the devastated city, Chen Yi could no longer contain his anger. His body brimming with Golden Lightning, he relentlessly attacked Lugusite, blow after blow.

“Electric White Tiger Fist!”

Faced with such a concentrated attack, Lugusite began to be repeatedly driven back. Its fighting ability was not weak, however. Seizing an opportunity, it lunged at Chen Yi with an energy-charged claw.

Chen Yi dodged sideways, grabbed Lugusite’s arm, and threw it over his shoulder, sending it flying through the air.

“Boom!”

A black and red energy beam, laced with lightning, descended from the heavens, canceling out Chen Yi’s attack. The newcomer was the Dark Universe Great Emperor, the Emperor Alien.

The blow caused a yellowish-black ripple in the sky; the entire sky seemed to tremble, and the planet appeared on the verge of shattering.

“Leo Ultraman.”

The Emperor Alien slowly descended from the air, standing proudly beside Lugusite, looking down on Chen Yi with disdain.

“I said I would return.”

Chen Yi stood in the distance, his gaze fixed on the two beings before him. One Dark Universe Great Emperor was already a challenge; now there was also a Universe Devourer, Lugusite, at its side.

As a deep sense of powerlessness washed over Chen Yi, his eyes suddenly hardened, and his energy surged.

Chen Yi stood in the distance, his left hand covering his right, his right fist clenched. A white tiger electrical pattern appeared on his right hand. With all his might, he threw a powerful energy-infused punch.

“Electric White Tiger Fist!”

“Genesis Requiem! Black Rezorium Ray!”

“Boom boom!”

“Boom boom boom!”

Chen Yi’s power was completely countered by the Emperor Alien and Lugusite. The shockwave sent all three flying; Chen Yi steadied himself mid-air and landed gracefully.

“Hum!”

“Red Dragon!”

The Cosmic Phantom Beast, Red Dragon, was calling to Leo. The next second, the dragon’s markings slowly appeared on Leo’s left arm.

“Finally, it has come.”

Chen Yi felt the energy coursing through his body. It wasn’t much, but it was enough.

“Whoosh.”

A breaking-the-sky sound echoed. Chen Yi transformed into light particles, appearing between the two. He adopted a horse stance, his hands infused with the energy of two Cosmic Phantom Beasts, and launched straight punches with both hands.

“Boom!”

Sparks erupted from the bodies of the Emperor Alien and Lugusite.

Chen Yi seized the opportunity, closing in on Lugusite, and delivered a low-flying, energy-charged kick.

“Yaa!”

“Leo Kick!”

“Boom!”

Lugusite howled in pain. The Emperor Alien’s energy swept past, and Chen Yi ducked, reappearing beside Lugusite.

At this point, eliminating Lugusite first was the most sensible strategy. The Emperor naturally understood this; he would not give Chen Yi any chance.

“Super Telekinesis with Black Rezorium Ray!”

“Boom!”

Seeing the energy about to strike him, Chen Yi’s plan to kill Lugusite with a decisive attack was forced to be abandoned.

He could only roll and dodge the Emperor Alien’s attacks, quickly putting distance between them.

“Huff, huff!”

Chen Yi stood in the distance, his light energy constantly circulating. A golden mark was on his left, and a red mark on his right.

Chen Yi positioned his hands in a dragon claw stance at his right hip. He intended to kill the Emperor Alien and Lugusite with this attack.

The Emperor Alien, possessing mind-reading abilities, naturally knew Chen Yi’s intentions.

The Emperor Alien and Lugusite continuously concentrated two energies capable of destroying the planet.

Chen Yi then took a step back with his left leg, light energy constantly coating his arms. He brought his hands to the level of his timer, then extended his upper arms, bent his forearms, and curled his fingers into dragon claws.

“Yaa!”

“Leo Lux Ray! Dual Phantom Beast Power!”

Fiery red energy, laced with golden lightning, erupted from Chen Yi’s chest and arms. The two totems behind him radiated an endless brilliance.

Even other aliens in the far reaches of the universe could sense this powerful energy. Blue Star’s barrier developed a crack, and space around Chen Yi began to distort.

If the Ultramen of the Land of Light saw this, their jaws would drop. Leo was actually engaging in a beam struggle!?

“Genesis Requiem, Super-Powered Rezorium Ray.”

The Emperor Alien and Lugusite were not to be outdone; their energies instantly converged and shot towards Chen Yi’s beam.

Upon impact, a blinding light erupted, and the surrounding space distorted, revealing fleeting glimpses of a black, ethereal world.

The powerful energy flow at the point of collision spread like turbulent waves, emitting a deafening roar.

The center of the energy collision produced violent tremors, as if the entire world was shaking.

Surrounding buildings and land were shattered by the energy blast, dust filling the air.

“I will not lose, I will not lose!”

“25% Reversal Spark!”

“Ah, ahhh!”

“Boom boom boom!”

Chen Yi roared, his energy breaking its limits, gradually overwhelming the Emperor Alien and Lugusite. In the next second, the light energy completely consumed them.

“Boom!”

Everyone watched in amazement. Leo Ultraman had won! Leo Ultraman had won!?

Leo Ultraman had won! Had humanity achieved victory!?

When the energy dissipated, the Emperor Alien and Lugusite had vanished from the planet.

Chen Yi, breathing heavily, knelt, his gaze fixed on the spot where the Emperor Alien and Lugusite had disappeared.

Before the celebrations could begin, black qi appeared where the Emperor Alien and Lugusite had been.

Then, the Emperor Alien and Lugusite reappeared before Chen Yi. They had been resurrected!?

Chen Yi froze, his body as if struck by lightning, paralyzed, unable to move.
