Ch 157: Prison Visit

Bal and Phia put on their clothes, and the two people slowly went downstairs. Nia and Philia were already sitting at the dinner table waiting to eat.

“Ah, Father, Mommy, come and eat!”

Philia happily called out to the two people when she saw them. Bal and Phia took a sip of water before sitting down at the dinner table.

“Where’s Grey?”

After noticing that someone seemed to be missing, Bal questioned.

“I don’t know. Let’s wait for him a little while. If he doesn’t come back, let’s eat first.”

Bal got up, but Nia stopped him.

After eating, Philia lay down in Phia’s arms.

Phia hugged Philia. She pinched Philia’s face and rubbed Philia’s head. The soft texture made her reluctant to let go.

Bal wasn’t so relaxed. His good brother Grey hadn’t come back yet, and he didn’t know if he had eaten. Nia just said he was fine, but didn’t say where he was, which made Bal very anxious. It wasn’t that he was worried about Grey being in danger, but that he wasn’t able to give this traitor a good brotherly corrective punch immediately. Finally, Bal couldn’t hold back any longer. He got up and decided to go out to find Grey. But as soon as he reached the Main Gate, a Self-Defense Force member happened to arrive at the Gate.

“This is a letter written by Mr. Grey. Please take a look.”

“I’m going to see Grey. I’ll be back later.”

Philia waved happily. Bal went back and kissed the mother and daughter, then went out directly.

When Bal arrived at the Self-Defense Force’s jail, after explaining his intentions to the guards, he was allowed to pass. Many people in the Self-Defense Force also knew Bal, and someone volunteered to take Bal to visit Grey.

“What did Grey do wrong?”

“Theft. He was caught red-handed.”

“So lame.”

“Nothing.”

After leading Bal to Grey’s

cell, the Self-Defense Force member went back to rest.

“Grey.”

Hearing the familiar voice, Grey in the cell got up energetically and greeted Bal.

“Yo, you came to see me.”

“I didn’t just come to see you, I also want to punch you. You traitor, you ran off before me. I’ll beat you to death!”

After saying that, Bal clenched his fist and swung it at the air. Grey wasn’t afraid at all; he sat on the ground watching Bal. Seeing that Grey wasn’t afraid at all, Bal stopped and asked.

After saying that, Bal quickly threw a punch. The force of the punch blew strongly on Grey’s face, but Grey remained calm.

Upon hearing that Nia was coming, Grey was scared.

“What…what did you say? Nia is coming?”

Bal leaned against the bars. He took out a candy and put it in his mouth, watching Grey plead for help.

Bal nodded.

Just as Grey was about to lose his temper, the sound of high heels echoed in the cell, and a scent unique to Nia wafted into Bal and Grey’s noses.

“Oh dear, my boyfriend was arrested, and I, as his girlfriend, can’t just sit idly by, right? Brother.”

Nia glanced at Bal. That look, Bal believed she could shoot knives with her eyes. Bal shuddered. He nodded and found an excuse to leave.

“I remembered I have some documents to sign, I’ll go first!”

Grey watched Bal’s running back and yelled.

“Didn’t you push all the work onto Selena? What documents are you signing?!”

Now there were only Grey and Nia in the cell. Grey swallowed, his heart beating violently. Nia was unhurried. She slowly approached Grey.

“Come back with me, Grey.”

“I think I’ve made a serious mistake. I’ll reflect on it for a while; you go back first.”

“Grey, you need to know one thing. I’m here to inform you, not to let you choose.”

“Understood.”

Hearing this, Nia nodded with satisfaction. She called someone to release Grey, and the bail had already been paid.

“Let’s go, don’t disturb other people.”

After saying that, Nia forcefully pulled Grey away.
