Ch 27: Swimsuits And Barbecue

After playing in the water, the two began to barbecue. Phia was responsible for stringing the ingredients onto skewers, and Bal did the grilling. The cooked food went into Phia’s mouth first. Seeing Bal grilling so hard, Phia picked up a skewer she had bitten and put it to Bal’s mouth. Bal took a bite of the vegetables and nodded in satisfaction.
At this time, two Fairy Birds landed on Phia and began to chirp. So Phia put down the skewers. She went to the edge of the stream and put her hand into the stream. After a while, she came to Bal with several fish. Bal cleaned the fish and grilled two first, then put the grilled fish on a tree stump nearby. After eating and drinking their fill, Bal put his arm around Phia’s shoulders and let her lean on him.
