“Leader, I’m willing to investigate Changrong City. Changrong City is too close to us; if there’s danger, we should prepare as soon as possible.”

Gao Yuanshan sighed, his tone softening.

“You don’t need to get angry. It’s too dangerous there. The combat squads that went there all lost contact, including Special Grade Ability Users.”

Ding Yong shook his head, “Leader, I’m not angry. I really want to go and see. I hope everyone can survive. If no one else is willing to go, I will.”

Gao Yuanshan looked into Ding Yong’s eyes, unusually firm.

“Go choose a motorcycle. The Giant Zombie destroyed too many buildings; many roads are impassable for ordinary vehicles. Get food from the Logistics Department.”

Ding Yong nodded. A motorcycle was enough; it was more suitable for the current road conditions. He was also familiar with the roads in Yuyang City; if there were impassable sections, he could just take a detour.

Ignoring the malicious laughter, he went to the Logistics Department and received an empty backpack containing only a bottle of water and two pieces of bread.

“Changrong City is so close, it won’t take long.”

Ding Yong didn’t speak; he took the backpack to the ground, got on an old motorcycle, and set off.

Many cars were crashed together on the highway, looking like it had been abandoned for a long time. Sparse zombies wandered around, some with mutilated bodies, terrifyingly gruesome.

Ding Yong skillfully and freely drove the motorcycle. As a traffic policeman, the motorcycle was his most familiar vehicle; he could even easily drive it over low obstacles.

“Danger…”

Ding Yong looked around and didn’t see anyone.

In the distance, Ding Yong seemed to see a crowd, like an open-air music festival.

A little Loli smiled at Ding Yong from the front of the crowd.
